The Internship Assistants will help to achieve the aims of the Graduate Advantage project with customer service and administrative support for internships delivery.&amp;nbsp; The post-holders will be the first point of contact for incoming employer briefs and graduate applications and will provide accurate data entry onto the Project&amp;rsquo;s CRM system.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, and experience in a similar role, delivering excellent customer service, updating and maintaining databases, and working within set processes and systems.&amp;nbsp; You will have excellent IT skills, the ability to organise yourself and your work, and to convey information to others in an understandable and engaging manner.

Any exposure to recruitment and selection processes and/or to working in a target driven environment would be an advantage.
