The work is of a physical nature and key duties will include the portering of goods around the kitchen, waste handling, washing up and general cleaning tasks. A proactive and flexible individual is required with an understanding of food hygiene principles.  Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety are desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
