Join a collaborative and supportive team at the heart of the University's student casework processes. You will play a key role in ensuring complaints, academic appeals, disciplinary matters, and other student procedures are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with University policies.
Working across a varied caseload, you will investigate and resolve student complaints, academic appeals, and academic and non-academic misconduct cases. This will involve gathering and analysing evidence, meeting with students and staff, conducting research, and preparing clear, well-reasoned reports and recommendations.
You will use your judgement and analytical skills to reach balanced outcomes, while identifying themes and opportunities to improve processes, enhance the student experience, and strengthen practice across the University.
As part of a flexible and collaborative team, you will support colleagues across different areas of casework as priorities and workloads fluctuate, contributing to an effective and responsive service.
