The Business Analytics and Information Systems Department conducts teaching, research and engagement activities in various aspects of analytics and IS/ICT. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking inspirational and highly motivated individuals to contribute to the development of the Department’s activities in the field of Business Analytics. We welcome candidates who have research strengths in the areas of applied AI and business analytics and with a focus on specified areas such as applied analytics, emergent technologies, business transformation and virtual organisations. The successful candidate is expected to be part of the Centre of Excellence for AI Enterprise. Teaching experience in the areas of all types of analytics, applications of AI, and digital transformation is highly desirable. 

You will have a good quantitative first degree, or equivalent, as well as a higher degree in a relevant academic discipline. You must also be able to demonstrate an emerging pedagogical path of effective and innovative research, teaching, and learning. We are especially looking for people with a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ attitude.

Posts are appointable at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level depending on qualifications, aptitude, and experience. Your application must state which grade you are applying for.
