Employer Engagement Executive

PVC Students

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Careers and Placements as an Employer Engagement Executive.  

You will be responsible for leading business engagement for the Higher Level Skills Match project until it ends in December 2023. You will then explore how best to embed SME engagement into business-as-usual activity.

You will offer a consultative approach to businesses, develop new business relationships and manage key existing employer relationships, and support their recruitment activity for students and graduates.  

You will be educated to A level or equivalent experience, with good relationship and customer service skills.  Previous experience of delivering high impact recruitment, B2B relationship management and/or business development activities are essential for this role.
