Research Assistant

Applications are invited for a Research Assistant in medical image segmentation within Aston University’s Department of Mechanical, Biomedical and Design Engineering. 

The successful applicant will be expected to work alongside NHS and Academic staff for the development of 3D models and prints of anatomically derived areas of interests including cardiac, maxillofacial, bone structures. 

The successful applicant is expected to contribute to the operation of the Engineering 4 Health Research group and may be involved in other project if suitable. 

Applicants must have a first degree in Biomedical, Medical, Clinical Engineering or a related discipline.
