This is a great opportunity to join our HR systems team at an exciting time as we work towards the Aston 2030 Strategy. The team will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department achieve the objectives set out in the strategy through maximising the impact our systems can have.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a HR Systems Advisor. The role will report directly to the Head of HR Systems and will work closely with the team to ensure great end user support for currently functionality whilst working behind the scenes to improve and develop based on need. You will work closely with other teams within the HR function on projects and process improvement initiatives whilst also assisting upgrades/patches.

You will need to be proactive in approach, with a willingness to develop your skills, have good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise work with a desire for accuracy and a high level of attention to detail. The role will play part in the data movement of the university, so the willingness to learn and develop report writing skills will be essential in helping the team achieve the objectives of the 2030 strategy.

Previous experience of providing end user support and trouble shooting are essential, with some knowledge of report writing being desirable.
