We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join our HR Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our HR systems while helping improve the experience for staff across the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line helpdesk support for Aston’s HR systems, including the HR Information System, Vacancy Manager, and others.
- Respond to queries and troubleshoot system access and usage issues.
- Support system testing and the deployment of new functionalities.
- Assist with data quality checks, audits, and GDPR compliance.
- Support annual statutory reporting by contributing to data cleansing projects.
