We are looking for a commercially-focused individual to lead our global paid media strategy and our domestic student marketing activity, to meet our ambitious student recruitment targets.  Reporting directly to the Deputy Director (Student Marketing & Recruitment), you will lead a small team and will work collaboratively with the Head of Omni-channel & International to deliver highly effective campaigns which drive lead generation and enrolment. You will be the department lead on measurement of ROI and campaign optimisation and will work with others on delivering a sector-leading customer journey.

Higher Education experience is not essential but working in a fast paced environment and within or on behalf of a complex organisation will be familiar to you. You will have excellent digital and analytical skills and be a confident communicator, able to collaborate well with others.

Reports to the Deputy Director (Marketing & Student Recruitment)

Satisfactory DBS check required.
