This is an exciting time to join Aston University, with the launch of our new 2030 Strategy. We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals with the relevant knowledge, skills and experience necessary to support the University in meeting its external regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. Office for Students, Ofsted and appropriate Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies), and to evaluate the impact of strategic interventions in learning, teaching and the student experience.
There are two roles dedicated to supporting a named academic College in meeting its quality assurance and enhancement obligations. These posts require you to have a good working knowledge of quality assurance and enhancement as these relate to higher education, with experience of effectively managing quality assurance and enhancement within a higher education setting. Excellent written and oral communication skills are key for these roles, together with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyse, interpret and present academic quality data to different audiences, tailoring the message accordingly.
