We are seeking an experienced, driven and committed individual to join our high performing, busy but friendly team, to lead, facilitate and support Aston’s graduates into graduate level employment. Reporting to the Head of Student and Employer Engagement, you will be responsible for a coordinated and proactive approach, supporting Final Year students and recent Aston graduates to secure graduate level employment.
Managing a small graduate focused Employer Engagement Team, you will ensure the successful delivery of graduate based targets and work closely with other teams and industry facing departments to provide an effective interface for employers engaging with the University.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will demonstrate that you enjoy working under pressure, achieving targets and have a track record of creative problem solving. You will have experience in managing and coaching colleagues; with a particular emphasis on motivating to achieve high performance standards. It is essential that you demonstrate a flexible approach and the ability to manage unpredictability.
