Aston has been a leading university for graduate employment success for over 25 years. Our close and established links with business, the public sector and the professions ensure that our career focussed degree programmes are inspiring, challenging and constantly updated to equip students with essential work-related skills and experiences.

The Aston Global Advantage is our professional development programme and an integrated module that runs throughout all MSc and LLM courses at Aston Business School. The programme equips students, many of whom are international students, with transferable skills and relevant experiences for the workplace, giving them a competitive edge in the job market, or for when starting a business.
