Salary:  £50,132 to £58,089 per annum (pro-rata)
Grade:  Grade 10
Contract Type:  Fixed Term (3rd June 2019 – 28th October, 21 weeks)
Basis:  Full Time

We are seeking an inspirational individual who will make a key contribution to the Aston Business School and the University. You will lead and manage the School’s support services and staff, provide support to the PVC & Executive Dean and be a key member of the School Management Team and School Executive Team. 

You will be expected to contribute to the implementation of the School’s objectives for the upcoming academic year and to manage effectively, on behalf of the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean, resources, operations, processes and procedures. You will also collaborate across the University on initiatives and share best practice.

You will have a track record of success in delivering organisational objectives in a senior management role within academic administration and have proven skills in financial management, project management, problem solving and managing and developing people. You will also possess a good degree and a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA and/or a relevant professional qualification.
