We are seeking a proactive team worker with excellent customer-service skills to join Student and Academic Services’ Timetabling Team, providing a range of support to our students and staff, and helping to ensure the efficient administration of the team. 

You will assist with providing a high standard of customer service and work closely with the other members of the Timetabling Team, the Student Experience department and the directorate of Student and Academic Services. This includes dealing with enquiries and solving problems face-to-face, by phone and by email, providing essential administrative support to internal teams and a variety of other tasks. You will support the team with room booking and the operation of the help desk, which will involve being the first point of contact for students with enquiries about their timetable and attendance. 

Educated to at least GCSE or equivalent you will have experience of working in customer-facing and administrative roles in a large organisation, a strong team ethos and clear customer focus is essential along with great IT, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and a flexible approach.
