A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to support the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. 

The main responsibilities will include: dealing with internal and external visitors to the school; answering basic student and staff enquiries both face-to-face and on the telephone; preparing courier documentation; creating and sending transcripts; and maintaining a database of exceptional circumstance submissions.  

You should have a strong customer focus and be experienced in working on a busy reception. Excellent administrative, organisational and team-working skills are essential as well as the ability to co-ordinate a wide range of activities and to communicate effectively when dealing with a wide range of contacts.  Experience of using a student records database such as SITS, would be advantageous but not necessary as full training can be provided.
