Conference Aston have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role based at their Birmingham City Centre hotel and conference venue. The Hotel Coordinator role will have a focus on supporting the conference and event sales department in converting meeting and event enquiries to the highest standard, supporting the administration of the hotel finance department, as well as support to other key hotel areas as required. This is a great opportunity to join a busy venue at the heart of the UK's second city, building skills and experience in various hotel departments. We are seeking an individual who can offer a first class, hospitable service, underpinned by integrity and creativity to enable Conference Aston to be recognised as a market leading, innovative hotel, conference and events venue. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a high quality, service-driven environment, with excellent administration skills and an ability to communicate effectively with different teams, stakeholders and a variety of customers at all levels. The role will primarily be based on-site at the hotel due to the operational nature of the environment and support required to sales, finance and administration, however, there is the possibility to incorporate part-dynamic working. For the majority of the role, the post-holder will undertake their duties on a Monday to Friday basis, within standard business hours, however, the role requires some flexibility to work 5 in 7, or shifts, in order to provide occasional support to operational areas.
