Aston University Nursery and Preschool is looking to recruit a part time Nursery Administrator.  This will be part of a job share arrangement for 12 months, with the possibility of extending the arrangement or offering it on a continuing basis.  A well-motivated person is required to contribute to the delivery of a responsive and professional Nursery by providing financial and administrative services for the Nursery.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, you should have relevant administrative experience in a busy office environment and excellent IT skills, combined with a friendly discreet manner. A strong customer service focus is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts at various levels.

The successful applicant will be required to work 18.25 hrs over 2.5 days.  However, 21.75 hrs over 3 days will also be considered.  The days of work are negotiable and will be agreed with the job holder upon appointment.
