Conference Aston have an exciting opportunity for a conference and events sales coordinator role based at the busy Birmingham City Centre hotel and conference venue. The Conference and Events Sales Coordinator will handle incoming enquiries for a variety of events, from an array of industry sectors, to the very highest standards, responding promptly with proposals that ensure Conference Aston stand out in an increasingly competitive environment, and converting enquiries to contract stage, ensuring they are handled over seamlessly to the venue operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a high quality, service-driven environment, with excellent communication skills and a natural drive to convert sales prospects into confirmed bookings, to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

The role will primarily be based on-site at the hotel due to the nature of the environment and support requires to enable in-person site visits, operations team interactions and information sharing, however, there is the possibility to incorporate part-dynamic working.
