We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, proactive individual with excellent organisational skills to join the HR Operations Team.
It’s a great time to be joining the HR function as we work towards the University’s emerging 2030 strategy and delivering the associated People Strategy.
Reporting to the Recruitment and Administration Manager this role will be responsible for the coordination and administration of temporary workers at Aston University.
It will include liaising with managers to support and advance the recruitment and onboarding of temporary workers, conducting pre-employment checks and liaising with payroll ensuring accurate information is provided within a timely manner.
You will have administration experience in a large complex public or private organisation and experience of using HR management systems (HRMS) or comparable systems.
