            <p>Aston University is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of driving and assisting continuous improvement of the taught programme portfolio. You&rsquo;ll work across departments, providing professional and administrative support to programme teams and professional support areas, contributing directly to Aston&rsquo;s 2030 Strategy.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Proven experience of working in an administrative role in a large professional organisation.</li><li>Proven experience of contributing to the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.</li><li>High level of IT proficiency, including spreadsheets, online databases and data dashboards.</li><li>Experience of managing, analysing and interpreting data using MS Excel.</li><li>Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload against competing deadlines across a regular cycle of activities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.</li></ul><p id="isPasted">&nbsp;<strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Aston University is a vibrant campus located within Birmingham city centre, which has excellent transport links via bus or train.</li><li>Hybrid working is possible for this role, which means working both on campus and from home depending on the activity.
