The Energy and Bioproducts Research Institute requires a specialist in fuel upgrading to join an academic and operational team to work with research teams and businesses. 

The successful candidate will provide practical, technical expertise to support the project.  This will include an upgrade of pyrolysis liquids for use in practical applications, support for the operation of near industrial scale equipment, support for experimental campaigns, preparation of project reports, and liaison with industrial partners and equipment manufacturers.   

Although this work is in a structured environment, a high degree of initiative and a multidisciplinary approach will be required from the successful applicant.

You will report to EBRI’s Project Manager and work closely with research teams in EBRI.
