An International Student Recruitment Officer post is now available within the University’s International Recruitment Team. This position will give you an opportunity to support the overall University strategy in student recruitment by growing and diversifying the students population. As part of an existing successful team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the University's international student recruitment campaigns, raising Aston’s profile in a range of countries and recruiting high quality international students. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, target oriented professional with a determination to succeed as a member of a strong team. Educated to a degree level or equivalent you will be a quick learner and possess the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to analyse markets and develop appropriate marketing activities as well as deliver to deadline and budget. 

Ability and willingness to travel extensively is essential.

The post-holder will work under the direction of the relevant Regional Managers and will be expected to work collaboratively with staff across the International Office, Marketing, Admissions, Alumni Relations and other central teams, as required.

Allocated market responsibilities are subject to change according to business needs.

The successful candidate is required to complete a DBS (disclosure and Barring Service) check.
