Conference Aston have an exciting opportunity for an events sales supervisor role based at the busy Birmingham City Centre hotel and conference venue. The Conference and Events Sales Supervisor will have a focus on ensuring the sales department convert incoming enquiries to the very highest standards, responding promptly with proposals that ensure Conference Aston stand out in an increasingly competitive environment. As sales supervisor, you will also take responsibility for proposing and securing key bookings and higher value events, these could include large residential training clients, international conferences or high profile corporate functions. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a high quality, service-driven environment, with excellent communication skills and a natural drive to convert sales prospects into confirmed bookings. Your natural enthusiasm should inspire those around you in the sales team to secure new business, to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. 

The role will primarily be based on-site at the hotel due to the nature of the environment and support required to enable in-person site visits, operations team interactions and information sharing, however, there is the possibility to incorporate part-dynamic working.
