The Marketing and Strategy Group wishes to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Marketing. There is strong support amongst our colleagues, much enthusiasm for teaching and learning and a good corporate culture and team spirit.  Each member is expected to exhibit good citizenship towards both the Group and the School. There are excellent opportunities and resources for developing one’s career, as well as for collaborating with colleagues in both teaching and in research/scholarship. Personal career development and promotion is actively pursued at Aston Business School, being reviewed on an annual basis. The major criterion for making this appointment will be that candidates can demonstrate enthusiasm for working in this growing area of teaching at Aston. 

This post has arisen due to an increase in student numbers in the department. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach relevant subjects such as: Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding and Communications, or International Marketing at Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate levels, including MBA. 

Experience of teaching using online platforms would be greatly welcomed.
