The Engineering Systems and Supply Chain Management Group (ESSCM) is one of the three departments of the School of Infrastructure and Sustainable Engineering within EPS. With a focus on solving complex sociotechnical problems by integrating approaches based on engineering, management, and social sciences—using systems thinking we are seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (1 post) in Transport Modelling to strengthen our efforts to improve freight and passenger transport systems. 

Applicants should be able to evidence research achievement and teaching excellence in transport modelling or a closely aligned field of study. They should be able to show a willingness to take on programme director duties, occasional overseas teaching and be able to engage with employer groups. Applicants should hold a suitable teaching qualification and a PhD in a relevant discipline.
