Aston University’s Digital Services team build, manage and support a complex digital infrastructure that supports delivery of outstanding graduate outcomes and equips business and communities with the skills for future success. Many of the improvements we are making are encapsulated within ‘Digital Aston’ - a £10 million programme to build a digital environment which meets the needs and expectations of Aston’s beneficiaries.
Working within our new Cloud and Data Service Team, the ideal applicant will manage the successful delivery and support of cloud-based services (primarily Microsoft Office 365 based) for the University. The role will ensure internal resources, third party suppliers and business stakeholders are aligned and operating to a common set of priorities and objectives in delivering a complex set of internal and third-party IT systems.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of successfully supporting Microsoft Cloud service (Office 365).
This role presents an exciting opportunity to help Aston deliver an enhanced digital infrastructure, transforming business processes and embedding a high-performance culture.
